SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ATAAntlerWorks.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipping costs vary by weight. *We currently do not ship outside of the United States.*

  • FedEx Standard: allow 3-5 business days

  • FedEx Two Days: allow 2 business days

  • FedEx Overnight: allow 1-2 business days

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

ATA Antler Works is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

ATA Antler Works is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

General Guidelines

  • Customers have 7 days to ask for a refund for a product.

  • To issue a refund for a product, it must be returned in its original packaging, isn't used or damaged, and provide the receipt or proof of purchase. ATA Antler Works will not refund a customer if these conditions are not met. 

  • ATA Antler Works will pay for the shipping costs, in case of a return.

  • Refunds will not be issued on sale items.

  • Customers should use the following address when returning products:  3 Beverly Drive, Tunkhannock, PA 18657.
